VISITORS: This is a private resort for our guests only. To preserve the privacy and relaxation of all guests, all daytime visitors must register at the office. There will be a fee of $3 per adult for daytime visitors. No pets are allowed to be brought in with visitors. Visiting hours are from 10am to 9pm. All visitors must be out of the park by 9pm. The park reserves the right to limit visitors and ask any disruptive visitors to leave. If you have a large group gathering, contact us about using our picnic pavilion at the golf course for your get-together.
CHILDREN: Children must be supervised at the RV park. Unless they are playing mini golf, it is not a "hangout" for kids. Children under 12 must have an adult with them on the Par 3 course. We know you are on vacation, but for their safety and everyone's enjoyment, please supervise your children.
PETS: Pets are allowed with a maximum of 2 pets per site. There is a pet charge of $3/day per dog (cats free). Please respect other guests, and be responsible for your pet. Pets must be leashed at all times and not cause a disturbance to other guests. If you would like to walk your dog unleashed, we can direct you to some areas where you can do this. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet, and waste must be disposed of in a sealed plastic bag before putting in dumpster. You must notify us at the time of your reservation if you are bringing pets and we reserve the right to deny some breeds of dogs. No pit bulls or pit bull mixes and no aggressive dogs of any breed are allowed in the park. Visitors cannot bring pets into the park. Pets cannot be tied outside without supervision and can be left in your RV alone only if you know they will not bark while you are gone. If your dog causes a disturbance, you will be asked to leave. All dogs must have proof of rabies vaccination.
ALCOHOL/PARTIES: No kegs or excessive drinking is allowed. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed only by legal age adults and only at your site. Management has the right to evict, without a refund, anyone who becomes disruptive or unruly. You must be 21 or over to rent a site.
GARBAGE/RECYCLING: Please place garbage in bags and put into the dumpster by the lodge. Separate aluminum, glass and plastic and place in separate bins.
Speed limit is 5 mph in the park. Please watch for children at all times.
Absolutely no fireworks or firearms are allowed in the park.
No ATV’s are allowed to be used in the park.
Golf carts are not allowed on the golf course, but if you use one in the RV park, only those with a drivers license are allowed to operate them within the park.
Golf course use is for paid golf customers only. Please do not practice putting or chipping on the greens. We do have a practice putting green by the golf clubhouse. Please do not walk through the golf course. There is a trail from the lodge to the golf clubhouse you can use. We do offer a discount for park guests, please check with us for discounts.
BIKE RIDING: For safety, bicycles are to be ridden only during daylight hours. No bikes are allowed on or near the golf course. If you are crossing the highway to go on the Paul Bunyan bike trail, we recommend you cross Hwy 371 at the stoplight near the AmericInn. We are located on the Paul Bunyan Scenic Byway and Paul Bunyan Trail for great biking. Pickup a map at the RV lodge.
FIREWOOD: Firewood is available for purchase. Guests are not allowed to bring in your own firewood. This is to protect our local trees from possible pest infestation. Cutting trees or branches of any kind is not allowed.
FIRES: Campfires are permitted in the fire ring only and must be kept within the ring. Do not move the fire ring. Do not burn glass, aluminum cans or garbage. Do not leave unattended fires and please extinguish all fires before leaving and before going to bed.
SWIMMING: We have negotiated a deal with AmericInn Lodge and they will allow our guests to swim at their pool for $5 per person. This is for up to 2 hours of swimming one time and not an "all day" rate. (You cannot come in and swim in morning, then again at night for one payment). There may be restricted times and days, so check with the AmericInn before going over there. Pay at the AmericInn for your swimming.
STORM SHELTER: In case of tornadoes or serious storms, please go to the basement of the lodge. The hosts will open the building in case of serious storms.
We assume no responsibility for loss by fire, theft, accident or storms. Use of facilities is at your own risk.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations on short term RV reservations must be made 14 days in advance. RV reservations on holiday weekends and reservations longer than one week must be cancelled 30 days in advance. Lodge rooms must be cancelled 30 days in advance. Reservations cancelled less than the required time period but at least 7 days ahead will be charged a one night cancellation fee. "No Shows" and cancellations less than 7 days ahead will be charged for the entire reservation.
Groups and long term reservations may require a deposit. No refund will be given for bad weather or early departure.
If you have any problems, please let us know. We can solve problems as they arise but cannot do anything after the fact.
Upon leaving the park, if you are needing to go south onto 371 (left out of the park), you must turn right on the frontage road and go to the stoplight by AmericInn. Not a bad idea even if you are going north. Traffic can be heavy at times and travels fast and it can be difficult to get out, especially with an RV.
These park regulations may change at any time.
